Cynthia
L. Selfe
Dr. Selfe is Professor of Rhetoric and Composition at Michigan Technological
University, coeditor of Computers and Composition, EDUCOM Medal Award
winner, past chair of the NCTE Committee on Instructional Technology,
Program Chair of the Conference on College Composition and Communication.
She has also published extensively on the use of computers in the teaching
of English and composition.
Anne Frances Wysocki
Dr. Wysocki is Assistant Professor of Visual and Digital Communication
in the Humanities Department at Michigan Technological University. She
has done multimedia and curriculum design for clients like Apple, the
Los Angeles Conservations Corps, Microsoft, the Corporation for National
Service, and Public/Private Ventures. Her articles have appeared in several
books and most recently in Computers and Composition.
Richard Selfe
Dr. Selfe is Director of the Center for Computer-Assisted Language Instruction
in the Humanities Department at Michigan Technological University. He
has published in a variety of journals and collections, including Electronic
Communication Across the Curriculum, Computers and Technical Communication:
Pedagogical and Programmatic Perspectives, and The Relevance of
English.
Gail Hawisher
Dr. Hawisher is Director of the Center for Writing Studies at the University
of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and co-editor of Computers and Composition.
She has published widely in computers and composition studies, is co-founder
of the Computers and Composition Press and past chair of the NCTE Committee
on Instructional Technology.
Johndan Johnson-Eilola
Dr. Johnson-Eilola works as the Director of the Eastman Kodak Center for
Excellence in Communication and as Professor of Technical Communications
at Clarkson University. He is the author of Nostalgic Angels: Rearticulating
Hypertext Writing, Professional Writing Online, and Designing Effective
Websites.
Alex Ilyasova
Alex is a PhD student in the Rhetoric and Technical Communication program
at Michigan Technological University and Associate Director of CIWIC.
She is an Assistant to the Director of Graduate Instructor Education.
