Registration Information

All persons attending panels or presenting papers are required to register for the conference. Registration at the conference will incur an additional fee. All pre-registered conference participants should check in at the Information and Registration Desk to affirm their attendance and to receive their conference materials. The Information and Registration Desk is located in the MTU Memorial Union Building on the second floor. The Desk will open for on-site registration on Wednesday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and will be staffed Thursday and Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm and on Saturday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. The Desk phone is 906-487-2397 or from an on-campus phone dial 7-2397.

Information, assistance, and conference materials can be obtained at the Information and Registration Desk. All pre-registered conference participants should check in at the Information and Registration Desk to confirm their attendance and pick up their conference materials. Additional copies of the program are available for $5.00 along with information about local events, restaurants, and transportation. The Desk will be hosted from 7:30am through 5:30pm on Thursday and Friday and from 8:00am through 3:00pm on Saturday. Contact the Information and Registration Desk for assistance with medical emergencies, technological problems, or whatever needs for assistance might arise. The Desk phone is 906-487-2397 or from an on-campus phone dial 7-2397. After hours, contact MTU campus security: dial 123 on campus or 487-2216 off-campus.

Passes

A conference speaker may obtain a pass for a family member or friend who has no professional interest in the conference to hear a paper given by that speaker. These passes are available at the Information and Registration Desk located on the second floor of the Memorial Union Building . All conference participants are required to register to participate in or attend panels.
